Metudella

This would be our first Sukkos in E'Y and we wanted to make our own yom tov as if we were home, and not spend it in a hotel. With all the cooking for 12 meals on these 3-day yom tovim, meal guests, and the cleaning - we were concerned. We walked into this beautifully decorated apartment, with its pristine living room, modern kitchen and appliances and smartly located bedrooms. And of course the terrific air conditioning, very comfortable beds, trissim in every room to help us get over our jet lag, and the bathrooms and everything else just perfect. As we finished our walk around this place, we knew we were right at home and everything would be just great. And it was. With the large sukka right outside our front door, this apartment set the stage for an incredibly special yom tov. The location on a very quiet street in Rechavia, just a 2 minute walk from Netzach Yisroel and 7 minute walk from Khal Chassidim and Shaarei Chessed - everything that we could possibly need. Akiva Bookman and the other staff of ROD were so helpful and accommodating, as always, arranging help for us a few hours each day on yom tov and making sure we had everything we needed. We appreciate your desire to accommodate our every wish. Thank you for all of your helping in making this a yom tov we will never forget.

We were a family of 7 adults that stayed in the 3 Metudella apartment for a week in late June 2012 and had a great experience. The apartment offered every last comfort I have grown accustomed to enjoying in my life in America and more. It was beautifully designed and maintained with all the modern fixings. The location was also great, offering multiple modes of transportation within a few steps from the front door. I highly recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing stay at the Metudela apartment off rechov Aza. Firstly the location is great.. It is just a short walk to rechov King George and all locations you would want to reach from there, the Kotel, Ben Yehuda street, Machne Yehuda, hotels, restaurants, etc. It is very easy to get a cab at this location and there are a few macolets around the area. Just be aware that you have to check teudot for hechsherim in regard to trumos and maaserim. As far as the apartment itself is concerned it is appointed beautifully with every convenience needed and listed in the description. The owners are extremely thoughtful and have thought of every possible need one might have. The layout is extremely spacious well thought out and comfortable. It is larger than it appears in the pictures with a dream kitchen and spacious dining area. We spent Shavuot and were able to invite guests for meals. Being a first floor apartment with a private entrance made it even more convenient and homelike. We appreciated being able to enjoy this very beautiful home as if we ourselves were owners living in Yerushalayim and truly appreciated the opportunity to experience this amazing property. We hope we will be able to return in the future and share the experience with our children and grandchildren.

This is the second time he rented, both times the apartments were exactly as expected, clean, very nice and gorgeous apartments. The manager is very nice and was great to work with. We would be quick to rent again in the future.

We truly appreciated being able to stay not once but twice at this most amazing apartment. It is so well appointed and the location could not be better. We were able to walk to the Kotel without fuss and our grandchildren were able to do so as well without complaint. On average from this apartment it took approximately 7 - 8 minutes to get to King George Street, so this location is quite central. It was also very easy to hail a cab from this location. The pictures of the apartment do not show the size to its best advantage. It is actually a lot larger than it appears to be in the photographs. We have all the amenities of being at home right here in Yerushalayim and are most grateful for the convenience. I want to thank Akiva and his team for being so attentive, accommodating and easy to work with. I also want to thank the owners of the apartment for be so gracious and considerate.

The apartment on Metudella was modern, beautiful and immaculate. The beds and Linens were very comfortable and everything in the Apartment was new and in great condition. I loved having a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and hot plate and water urn for Shabbat- they were very convenient. It was a pleasure dealing with your company and if any problems arose, the manager was great and took care of it ASAP. I would most definitely recommend you and look forward to renting with you in the future!

We just returned from our amazing family trip to Israel. Thank you so much for all the help you gave us finding two apartments that were so well suited to our needs.
