Akiva and his team took wonderful care of our entire family from start to finish. Akiva's recommendations were spot on, and the home we ultimately rented was fabulous. Our trip was made all the more delightful by the caring and personal attention of Akiva's team on the ground in Jerusalem, who seemed to anticipate our every need. A complementary case of grape juice miraculously appeared at our front door. They helped us with tevilas keilim; they not only recommended shopping centers to us, they actually went out and shopped on our behalf. The final touch was helping our son with his calculus homework. I kid you not. This level of service was simply unbelievable. It was beyond service, it was friendship; and for that, me and my family are deeply grateful.
