The apartment at10 keren kayemet was very clean, brand new. The manager made sure we had everything we needed, and called more than once to check up on us and make sure everything was good. THE location was great, but the apartment was defintely smaller than we expected, and there were a lot of steps up that we didn't realize in advance. In American terms, the apartment is actually on the third floor and not on the second floor as it is described on the website.
